Abstract

Åä¾ç½Ã·á·ÎºÎÅÍ Ä¡¾Æ¿ì½Ä¿øÀαÕÀÎ S. mutans¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© Ç×±Õ·ÂÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»´Â ¹æ¼±±ÕÁÖ¸¦ ¼ø¼öºÐ¸®ÇÏ¿© ºÐ¸®±ÕÁÖ¸¦ °ø½Ã±ÕÁÖ·Î ÇÏ¿© Ç×»ý¹°Áú »ý¼º¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ȯ°æÀÎÀÚ¸¦ ±Ô¸íÇÏ¿´´Ù. º» °ø½Ã±ÕÁÖÀÇ Ç×»ý¹°Áú »ý¼º ÃÖÀû¹èÁöÁ¶¼ºÀº Bacto-soytone 1%, glucose 1%, NaCl 0.5%, 0.1% ¿´À¸¸ç ¹èÁöÀÇ Ãʱâ pH´Â 7.0À̾ú´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ Ç×»ý¹°ÁúÀº ¿¡¼­ ÁøÅÁ¹è¾ç½Ã »ý¼ºÀÇ ÃÖÀûÁ¶°ÇÀ̾úÀ¸¸ç º» °ø½Ã±ÕÁÖ´Â 24½Ã°£ À¯µµ±â¸¦ °ÅÃÄ ¹è¾ç 72½Ã°£Â° Ç×»ý¹°ÁúÀÇ »ý¼º°ú ´õºÒ¾î ±ÕÀÇ ÃÖ´ëÁõ½Äµµ¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù.

The optimum culture conditions for an antibiotics from Actinomyces sp. were investigated. The optimum composition of medium for antibiotics production was 1% glucose, 1% soybean meal, 0.5% NaCl, 0.1% , and the optimum initial pH was 7.0. And the antibiotics showed highest activity when the strain isolated from soil was aerobically cultivated at for 72hours under the optimum conditions. A production of the antibiotics from Actinomyces sp. begins at the 36th hours and then reached the maximum at the stationary phase developed at the 72th hours under the optimum conditions.
